Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
Payments are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation by the management.
Rental hours are from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Use of the premises outside these hours is not allowed unless prior written approval is obtained.
All activities must end by 10:30 PM to allow for cleanup and hall closure by 11:00 PM.
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 5 days before the rental date.
Cancellations made less than 5 days before the event are non-refundable.
The management of Balairaya Sungai Ara reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion if any terms are violated.
